1. Installation & Activation Charges

Installation charges, activation fees, and package charges are payable in advance. Once paid, these charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. GST & Taxes

All plan prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% will be charged additionally as per government regulations.

3. Valid Contact Information

Customers must provide a valid mobile number and email address to activate broadband services, OTT subscriptions, and other value-added services.

4. Recharge & Cancellation Policy

Once a plan has been activated or recharged, cancellation requests and refund claims will not be entertained.

5. Service Availability

Netstra services and plans are available only in selected serviceable locations. Service availability may vary depending on network coverage and technical feasibility.

6. Regulatory Compliance

All broadband plans, offers, and services are governed by the rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by TRAI and DoT.

7. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discounted plans, and special schemes are available for a limited period and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

8. Plan Validity

Standard broadband plans carry a validity of 30 days unless otherwise specified. Special plans, promotional plans, and long-term packages may have different validity periods. Customers are advised to verify the validity before purchase.

9. OTT Services

Complimentary OTT subscriptions and value-added services included with selected plans are subject to availability. Netstra reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw these benefits without affecting the base broadband plan.

10. Equipment Ownership

All networking equipment, routers, ONT devices, and related hardware provided by Netstra remain the property of the company unless otherwise specified. Customers must return the equipment upon service termination. Unauthorized handling or damage may attract additional charges.

11. Device Return Policy

Devices supplied on a free-to-use basis must be returned in good working condition if the customer discontinues or does not renew the service after the validity period. Applicable charges may be levied for loss, damage, or non-return of equipment.

12. Modification of Terms

Netstra reserves the right to revise plans, pricing, services, offers, and terms & conditions at any time without prior notice in accordance with applicable laws and business requirements.
